3. Booking and Cancellations

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payment methods. Recurring services may be billed automatically with customer authorization.

5. Insurance and Liability

Fresca Cleaners is fully insured through Simply Business, with coverage for both residential and commercial cleaning operations. Our insurance includes:

• General liability insurance
• Property damage coverage
• Worker's compensation

While we take utmost care with your property, we are not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or damage that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.
